The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 993 “Brown” is one of two colorways of the casual lifestyle shoe by New Balance co-designed by Teddy Santis and Aimé Leon Dore in November 2021. After debuting in Aimé Leon Dore’s Fall/Winter 2021 lookbook, the New Balance 993 “Brown” was highly anticipated by sneaker collectors looking for an autumn-ready, rugged shoe to add to their collections for the cold weather months. Nicknamed by some the “Beef & Broccoli” due to its brown-and-green color scheme, the design features a brown mesh base with tonal, premium pig suede and dark green tumbled leather overlays. An olive green “N” logo appears on the mid-panel and “Aimé Leon Dore” branding is found on the heel. “Made in USA” detailing is embroidered on the dark green tongue. Underfoot, a responsive ABZORB midsole provides all-day comfort. Release date: November 8, 2021
